Appreciation and compliments are surely linked to sustainable happiness. Many a times we do not take these things seriously but seriously speaking, it can give you immense satisfaction that you shared your gratitude either through a compliment or by giving someone a genuine warm hug. Today, let us look at complimenting people for at least 30 days (It would be nice if it is different individual every day). Also, can you have 30 different ways in complimenting 30 different people?. Think about it. This idea was given to me by a dear friend of mine while we were having a discussion on how this thing would work.
And of course, please write down all your compliments in a gratitude journal. If not, make sticky notes for thirty different days and soak in its' energy by the end of the month.
Lets begin this exciting journey! Open your heart and go beyond meetings and the daily routines. And compliment genuinely and generously
